Broker Portal is also an intranet application, as the name suggests it’s built for brokers to manage their clients and key data by displaying several status and activities information. Broker’s product owners had specific needs and evolution ideas that they wanted to achieve since they were aware of our work on CofaNet. They wanted us to rework information architecture on the interface and folders interaction workflow.

We built a new design system based on what they needed in order to speed up delivery deadlines and to bring faster results for integration. I worked again closely with Gregory on this project. We redefined the user journey for some specific pages (example below), boards information and functionalities according to product owners’s requirements. Using this design system improved our production speed and really moved forward interface understanding on Broker Portal to new clients.
